Super social media scammer!!!

Seller has been giving me the run around for over 2 months. I have sent direct messages and they go unanswered yet he states fast customer service on his Instagram bio. I comment under postings and seller will erase the comments immediately but won’t reply back to solve the issue. The seller will reply immediately before you pay, Super attentive once you make the initial payment good luck with getting a reply or your Shirt or shirts. I had to direct message from different accounts to trick him into thinking it was a new customer to get a reply and since it’s a new customer to his thinking guess what he replies immediately yet the initial account which the purchases were made on goes unanswered. It’s a damn shame because the shirts are done great and the quality is top notch when you actually do get the shirt. Seller needs lessons on how to treat paying customers because it is a joke. He won’t send a refund and only accepts apps in which you can’t file fraud claims hence as to why PAYPAL isn’t accepted if it’s not friends or family. At one point in time he even asked me to file a fake Google 5 star review for him to help the overall rating. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Purchased shirt a month ago! I have contacted Bobby Fresh on several occasions via text, email, and direct massage (Instagram). Only responded once to say they are looking into it and that was over a week ago. Terrible customer service! I understand companies get busy but this is ridiculous. If there is a back order, communicate it, don’t just have customer in the dark especially if the customers are paying!
