This man named Bobby Denzel Jackson (not his real name) sold me a 2000 Subaru Outback. He told me he was a mechanic at a Subaru dealership and that he dropped a new 2.5 liter single over head in the car, along with numerous other work he had done including breaks and rotar work, exhaust work, adjusted the manifolds, new clutch and drive shaft. He promised to send me a bill of sale and a list of all the work he had done if the vehicle for my future reference, along with the name of a man he worked for to vouch for him.

He also told me he was moving In a week, which is why he was selling the vehicle, but I found another ad of his on Craig'slist weeks after the sale.

After bringing it to a shop 3 weeks later, I was informed the car had multiple problems, many of them including work he had said he did and posted on his Craig'slist ad. 1400 dollars worth of work and there are still problems.

I tried calling and texting him, but there was no reply. I looked his phone number up on Craig'slist and found that he had been selling mechanically faulty vehicles to more than just myself. This was known fraudulent behavior.

I just want my money back and I'll return the car. Please help me, I made a terrible mistake.
