Purchased slippers but never received them!

I purchased house slippers thru this company and was charged for them but the merchandise never arrived; I called them several times and tracked the package but it always said, "in transit, will receive in 25-35 days!" I wrote them an e-mail for a refund and to cancel the order and was told that they can only refund me 35%
I filed a dispute with my credit card company!

I placed an online order for a pair of ASICS running shoes. I never got a confirmation email but was charged. I reached out on their contact us page and have yet to hear back. I got too excited with the price of the shoes, I didn’t research the website more until after the purchase. I looked for the address listed on the contact us page and it does not exist. There is not a # available to call and the grammar is very bad throughout the website. Not to mention, the charge was made by KOBAY KAZOSHI 34700 JP, which not even close to the name of the website (www.boatshoesales.com).

I learned a lesson never to buy anything that has Japan or China associated with it.
My purchase was from UK but their address in in the USA!
