I ordered merchandise over a month ago & have had emails sent & they keep telling me its on the way .As I have tried to get a tracking # or proof they have not responded other than 10 % off your next order for the inconvenience. I have already had 2 of these messages sent & have asked for a full refund with nothing happening.
