After making the purchase you will receive a fake email. Our single purchase was turned into two separate purchases. The tracking number and all contact information are fake except 1 email. They will even give you a fake link two put your tracking number into. I would not recommend this. That email will answer your inquiries using a bot. You will get absolutely nowhere. They will make promises for a delivery and even attempt to get more personal information from you. They will ask for your patience. When you contact PayPal and notify them of the fraudulent business and charge (after a month of waiting), the company will then respond to PayPal with a new tracking number (not one of the original, which were bogus) and will now show that your item has been delivered with a new tracking number that you have never seen before. However, what they deliver to you is not what you purchased. It will be a random inexpensive item like a toothbrush. The other thing the company will do is change their company name on PayPal to either a foreign language or the brand name of the item you ordered. All of these variables make it more confusing to PayPal and you are unable to talk to a person through PayPal regarding this resolution. PayPal then sides with the company that sold the product to you because they have now provided PayPal with a tracking number that is a real tracking number and shows that it was successfully delivered. You will call PayPal and they will tell you to use the chat. You will go to the chat and put in your information and they will tell you that someone will contact you. Nobody will contact you. You will then try to use the message center, which will continue to have errors and your message will not be able to be sent because your case is closed. Because the original company split my order into two orders, I now have two cases filed with PayPal. The other one is still open, but I assume that after the company is pressured by PayPal that they will again send a toothbrush or something that is inexpensive and not what I ordered.
