This company is telling me that my account is delinquent. They are trying to tell me that I placed a deposit for $398, and because I did not complete the package, that I owe $500 more unless I complete the vacation package. I never agreed to this. The first time they contacted me about this, I submitted my credit card info, and upon verification, they added more fees to my package. At that time, I disagreed to the package and ended the phone conversation. Upon the latest call to me placed today, I asked them to mail me an invoice, but they said they do not do that. They are threatening to sue and charge my account more money. Please handle this as quickly as possible for me.
