This serves as a final notice that the past due balance in the amount of $359.76 has not been paid. Despite multiple reminders and offers to re-negotiate the payment terms, we have yet to receive payment. You have 48 hours to bring the account up to par.

We will be taking necessary steps to collect the overdue amount and any additional fees incurred as a result of non-payment, including but not limited to late fees & collection fees.

A negative credit report reflecting on your credit history will be submitted to all three credit reporting agencies if you fail to clear your outstanding balance.

Please contact us immediately to make your payment.

Best regards,

I received a call on January 22, 2024, stating that my husband had signed up for BMG LLC services of mentoring how to buy, sell, trade stocks, and that he had earned over $3,300. However, caller stated that the credit card he had given them was declined and he owed $359.76 for their services. My niece (phone on speaker) asked for the last four digit of the card that was used and they stated they did not have that information. She then asked how he had signed up for their service and the caller informed us by his AOL or Gmail account. We advised the caller that he did not have either of those emails, and that he was currently in the hospital and not available to ask any questions.

Since my husband was in the hospital, I gave them my name and address to send the earnings, since I am his wife. My niece asked if the fees owed could be taken out of his earnings, and the caller stated that it is the company's policy to receive payment before disbursing the earnings. The caller then stated that she would give 48 to 72 hours to make the payment of what was owed to them before turning it over for collections and that someone from their accounting department would be calling to make arrangement for payment in 15 minutes and we requested that she send an email to our email address (which we gave at this time) about what was owed, then call was ended.

A woman called in 15 minutes, as stated by the previous caller, and said we had 48 hours to pay the amount owed to BMG, LLC. We advised that we were told we had 72 hours since we wanted to speak with my husband first. The caller then reiterated the balance owed would be turned over to collections if it was not paid Wednesday, January 24, 2024. The call was ended.

After my niece spoke to my husband about the call we received from BMG LLC and was told by him that he had never signed up for such a thing, she called the local ScamPulse.com office and was directed to contact the Arizona Secretary of State's office to find out the standings of BMG LLC. The Arizona Secretary of State office directed her to contact the Arizona Corporation Commissions office. She spoke with staff there and was advised that they have had several scams using three letter Limited Corporation names ever since Covid and that we should disregard any further notices from BMG LLC and file a claim with the BBB.
