Merchandise not delivered. I dont think they ever had it. It was a scam to sell an item that was not even there. Sent an usps tracking number for another item to another. Verified with postal service that this was true picture of item with different name. Tried calling emailing and no answer.

My girlfriend ordered something from here on april 13th of 202 and we still have yet to receive it. Have called, emailed ,made posts on page, and left multiple reviews on different pages and still have yet to receive any kind of communication about the order from Blush. Very unhappy with service. She bought earlier to make sure it was here in time for fathers day, but she was let down by false information giving from blush.

A friend ordered a blue tooth helmet that cost $199 and never received it. The phone number isn’t valid. Nobody answers the emails I’ve sent. This company is the worst and obviously a scam.

I have a feeling this is a fraudulent company. Company says listed in Florida, all phone numbers link to California and there is no physical address for a "company. " I have tried to email the company in order to get any information, an actual address and cancel but no luck. Will have to contact PayPal to dispute

I ordered a fitness watch with blood pressure monitor on 11/29/19. They only sent me order confirmation and shipping emails without a tracking number. All efforts to get the order or my money refunded have failed so far. This is a SCAM. Blush Outlet is a big time SCAM, do not buy from them.

December 4 2019 I purchased a R/C helicopter for my husband whom is a disabled veteran with PTSD. I was told hobbies like that helps PTSD. I never received a tracking email or the helicopter by Christmas so I canceled the order. I have asked many times through emails for a refund. I was emailed 2 xs saying I will have a refund of 59.95 by the end of January. It’s Feb 13, 2020 and I DO NOT HAVE A REFUND YET!! What’s hilarious is I left a review under the helicopter on blush outlet and a Chinese email address sent me a response saying I’m happy your enjoying the RC helicopter, take a picture and post it. I replied with “ read the review next time. I didn’t receive it or refund” Maybe this virus in China has shut down banks and internet service because the site is now down again and I’m sure I’ll never see the 59.95 in my account but I learned a valuable lesson, only buy from reputable companies that’s not been turned over to bbb and check all reviews.

I purchased a RC helicopter for my husbands PTSD, He’s a disabled veteran from the Air Force. I thought 59.95 is good. I bought it 12/4/2019 I got a email that the order has been received order 2139xx is in the process to ship. I continued checking for a tracking # 3 days after. That’s what the shipping policy says. (2 to3 days to process then 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. ) I tried to email them but their website was down. I found they were under the platform of Shopify. They of course ant help. I sent an email to support @ blushoutlet.net. I finally received an email here’s what they sent...

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience, this is not something we normally do but we're willing to offer you a full refund on your order with our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

We faced a few maintenance and payment processing issues which we have since resolved.

When you receive the order and are no longer interested, please ship it back to our return address and upon reviewing the product for damages to the product or original packaging, we will refund your payment method the full amount charged.

I’ve tried numerous times to get a refund and it’s still not refunded. I did buy my husband a RC big helicopter. RC boat to. He is pleased but very upset over a company based in Florida but treating Americans this way. I know they are based i China. I know the products well. I also know the products are 4 to 5 Xanax marked up in price and if you google it then you can get cheaper but very long shipping delay. When I bought the helicopter I was happy it was in Florida. I wanted it by Christmas. I know that for now on I will research every company I spend our hard earned money on so I’ll not be scammed again. REMEMBER BLUSH OUTLET IN FLORIDA/ SHOPIFY IS THEIR PLATFORM SO DONT TRUST THEM EITHER. They advertise for them.
