Same story as everyone else...seen the ad in Facebook, ordered the pet fountain May 2, 2021 it's now Sept 15, 2022 & still never received the fountain or any type of refund. In the past year & 4 months I've emailed them at least 10-12 times with absolutely no response what so ever. As I'm reading all of these complaints it hit me, is there any way for us to file a class action lawsuit against Bluish Furry? I know we've all only lost a little less the $9.00 each which may not be alot to us, but when you add it up all together what we lost it's alot that this so called company received in their pockets & it really p***** me off that they got away with each of our $8 & change!

Same story as everyone else. Paid for shipping and handling and instead of getting the fountain i get nonstop spam text. Apparently I've unused rewards and I need to confirm my address. I also get weird stuff from some single site.

There was an ad on Facebook for a free cat water fountain only needed to pay for shipping. I thought that's great so I put in my CC number and they took 8.25 and then a few days later I got charged another .50 for international fee. Now I know it's not a boat load of money but it was still my hard earned money while in this pandemic that was not fair at all. I tried to contact them thru the email I received and got no answer.. it would of been a nice thing for my cat. But now I am scared to order anything offline due to this scam.

Same as everyone. Saw the ad, ordered the pet water fountain and never received it. Sent a bunch of e-mails and no word. Good thing it was just the shipping cost so not a major loss. Still aggravating though. Same on Facebook for helping with a scammer.

Same story as everyone else. Luckily I used PayPal and just got a refund through their resolution center. Instant decision made by PayPal so they must be aware of the scam.

Ordered fountain in March. Received request for review in June. No fountain received. No reply to emails. I took a chance because it was only $8.24, so I didn't lose a lot. I would have chalked it up to a scam, lesson learned, if I hadn't been asked for a review. Can't add photo; nothing to show.

I placed an order on April 25, 2021 for a free cat water fountain. I have never received the product , no one has responded to my emails and now there are posts all over Facebook that this company is a scam. Now their Facebook page cannot be found but their website is still current.

I ordered a cat fountain where I was only asked to pay the postage and handling as it was a one time offer, it never arrived and they never replied to any of my emails. Probably should have thought it was too good an offer to be true and the comments on the face book page were all.positive. When I looked for them on fb they seem to have disappeared, definitely a scam?

My friend and I ordered their cat fountains in April and we got our tracking numbers and mine went to a different town in the same state and same as my friend. I looked up their domain name and who owns. Well the name of the website's owner is of course withheld but their address is out of Iceland. Big time scam. I just today 6/08/21 received an email from them asking how I am enjoying my fountain and they want a review with pictures!. I didn't respond because for all I know their website might take more personal info on me just for leaving a review.

Ordered a cat water fountain on April 19, 2021. Received a USPS tracking number.. on April 29, 2021 received message from USPS that the package was delivered to Cheshire, MA. I do not live in MA. The company said my tracking number was mixed up with another package. They gave me a different number. On. May 13, 2021 received message from USPS that my package was delivered to Tuscaloosa, AL. I do live in AL but no where near Tuscaloosa. Now they will not respond.

Ordered their "free" cat fountain on April 16th, paid my $8.25 shipping, here it is June 7th and still no fountain. And they still have a website up offering the same free fountain! Wrote them at the end of May to expedite, no response.

Companies like this are going to increasingly scam you. Shame on Facebook and everyone else.

Ordered a cat water fountain on April 8, 2021, and received an email a week or so later saying my order was on the way. I have still not received my purchase and I have emailed them several times but get no response. There is no phone number listed to call them.

I purchased a cat water fountain on April 29th I was sent a message from them that they’d let me know when it had shipped and to expect it within 20 days a month later I hadn’t received it. I sent an email to the company didn’t receive a response after a week so reported to my bank to investigate

I ordered a fountain March 27 and still no tracking update...hasn’t even shipped. Emailed company 3 times and no response. Definitely a scam company.

I saw the ad on Facebook, and ordered immediately April 22nd. I requested a tracking number on May 17th, and again on May 28th. I still haven't gotten a response from the company at all, and it is now June the 1st. SMH #BIGSCAM ... Now I have to go through a whole other process to get my refund! I would've just paid full price for all this hassle.
