I clicked into an ad on Facebook for a special deal on an expresso machine on 10/03/2020. I made the purchase and received an email invoice/receipt. It was supposed to ship in 3 days, though, and when I was not receiving the product after awhile, I sent an email to the site asking for information. They wrote back in simple words with no real sentences or detailed information. Just said "Sent by courier." I tried to get a tracking number, but they would not write back. Needless to say, I never received the product and now the website is completely down. I am working with my credit card company on the fraudulent charge.
