The traveling salesperson set up shop in front of the Nestle Bottled water section at B.J.s on Philips Highway in Jacksonville, FL. I was picking up a 40 case of Nestle 16.9 oz water. She stated a sale was going on for 5 cases of "those" for $17.99 and a $25 gift card. I signed up for the offer and checked the account on my phone, there it said 5 cases of 24 bottles, 16.9 0z water not 40 bottles. I cancelled and skipped the delivery that was supposed to occur in 4-5 days. They skipped the original scam order but scheduled another delivery 2 days later with no notification and a price almost double the quoted price. When called they stated it was a "glitch" and they'll pick up the product and credit the amount to my card. Well that did not happen and long story short I had to fight with them and my bank about these fraudulent charges for a few weeks before I was made whole.
Also, you just can't cancel your account online like every other site that is legit. You have to call in and get transferred to a cancellation specialist who will guide you through the process. But it's really a salesperson trying to get you to buy more product after you've been crystal clear that you have no desire to continue to be scammed.
