An ad came through my instagram feed for a baseball rug so I googled baseball rugs and found this particular rug to purchase. It was in the immediate images at the top of google searches so I clicked on it and it directed me to this blueshop website. I made the purchase and did receive an email outlining that my order had been received so I thought nothing else of it and was waiting for a tracking email. A few days past and I did not receive a tracking number so I emailed the company (because there was no phone number to call) asking what the status of my order was. I received an email back that was grammatically incorrect, which worried me, and had an apology expressing there was an error in processing but that my order will "definitely ship", hopefully I was sympathetic to the delay. That same day I emailed back asking when I can expect to receive the order. (Order on the 4th, this was the 10th). Two days past and with no response I emailed again stating due to their lack of response to my emails and lack of status updates on my order I will need a refund issued immediately and included my order number. They then responded that day with another apology for the inconvenience and that the error was caused by a system crash. That led to my order being late and that they have contacted delivery to "press" them. They then said they hoped I understood and hopefully I was sympathetic to this delay. Nothing about my refund or establishing when I would receive the order. My response to that email was I do not trust that I will receive my order so please process the refund. That was 5/13 so on 5/17 since I had not seen a refund to my card I emailed again inquiring about the status of the refund. With no response by the end of the day on the 17th I emailed again leaving my phone number and asking for management to please call me. And with no response to that request I emailed again stating since I have paid for a product that I haven't received and expressed my frustrations with their process with no resolutions from them I would be filing complaints with the FTC, Attorney General & ScamPulse.com as well as all social media outlets and that they could prevent this by issuing my refund. As of today, no emails have come back from them. I'm filing this for the next person that comes across Blueshop.us. My hope is that there is someone in the agency that can shut this business down.
