I was looking for a specific player's jersey on the St. Louis Blues as a birthday gift. I came across their website as one of the top results in a google search. The website appeared legit and boasts a ScamPulse.com logo at the bottom of their main page. I placed the order, received an "odd" email receipt 11 days ago, and have never heard back since. Their website claims orders are processed in 24 hours and received in 4-7 business days. I emailed them through their customer service link, of which they claim a response will be received within 3 hours. Again, I have never heard anything back.

Additionally, while the price advertised for the item I purchased was/is $106.96, my credit card was charged $117.83 plus a $3.53 foreign transaction fee, making me believe this entity is based in China, perhaps? There was no mention of the foreign origin on the website when I purchased, only after the charges came through.
