I wrote on facebook that I am looking for an apartment, then some Steven Barnes contacted me and offered 1 bedroom for 1300 dollars in a very good area of New York, he told me that I should fill out an application, and once it was approved, they will send me the agreement. This guy told me that I had to pay $1,300 rent and a $750 deposit to reserve this apartment. But when I went to their website https://rentlazahomes.com, it became clear to me that this was a scam. This is a very bad design, the phone number +1 424 800 0477 does not answer, I asked him to send me a photo of his license, but I never received a response from him. when I googled this number, I found out that someone had already suffered from this scam.

My wife and I were dispirit to find an apartment. We were contacted for an apartment for $1,300 a month and a $1,000 deposit on face book messenger by Mason Ace. They were really convincing there name is https://blueprintshousing.com/ it is a scam. To they sent a contact over and we signed it and sent it back. then to reserve the place we sent first months rent and the deposit. After we sent the money through paypal he stopped responding and "the home owner" (it could have been the same guy) that we gave the money too blocked us on paypal and his name was Ian Cloyd.
