I thought I was ordering a Columbus Blue Jackets jersey from an "official blue jackets store" They accepted my PayPal payment but never sent an order confirmation or shipped the jersey I ordered. 2 weeks passed since the order & they still hadn't shipped anything or sent tracking info, so I emailed that I wanted to cancel my order and asked for my money back. Their website says "free shipping and free returns". Via email reply, they told me that I would only get 80% of my money back, "since they have expensive advertising costs". I emailed back that I would report them as fraudulent if I didn't get my money back. They responded on 12/8 that they would "refund my money as soon as possible" and as of 12/14 I have not received any money back and no other correspondence. This is a scam website in China that takes your money but doesn't send a product or offer the free returns promised. These same people also have another Chinese website, bluejacketsteamfanshop.com. The same customer service email address is used by both websites. Don't sent them money!!
