There are many online complaints from ebay customers about bogus tracking numbers provided by Bluecare express. We make a purchase, we are then sent tracking information via ebay emails that the item sent has been shipped and delivered, but the item does not show up. We then must go back to ebay and deal with the seller and try to get a replacement or refund. I don't know if Bluecare is a delivery service or not. Ebay usually delivers to me via USPS, but USPS does not recognize the Bluecare express tracking number I got. You can see other complaints if you google "bluecare express scam".
