I am a small business owner that needed help from the government with a PPP loan. I applied with blueacorn because they advertised on facebook for independent contractors to apply for the PPP loan. i was approved, and given a SBA loan number. i was sent a loan contract to sign from Capital Plus Financial and it was signed by that companies are CFO. I sent in every document they requested. SBA website caweb recognized my loan as legit. The problem started when I signed the contract and my bank wasn't one of their partner banks. i did recognize Dave bank as a option since i do have an account with them. Blueacorn knew dam well Dave Bank does not accept business loan deposits and they will be rejected. I was told I had to wait for the rejection then I could change my banking information to get my approved loan. One month after applying Blueacorn sent my loan deposit to Dave Bank. Three months later I was lied to over and over and told not to worry about my SBA guaranteed loan. I had to jump through many hoops of more identity paperwork and documents they requested. Bottom line is they kept lying to me about my loan and this debit card that I was told was in the mail. i sent in support tickets and every one looked computer generated. no phone number to call. four months since I signed my loan documents and i got an email that stated i was denied for any number of reasons, decision final, blocked from blueacorns website. The last hoop i jumped through was choosing an account to wire my loan into. i chose the Dash debit card. what sickened me was Dave Bank was listed again as a option knowing whoever chooses that they will get deposit rejected. four months of my life being told the money was safe and on its way. Nothing but heartbreaking lies. That company is evil. They have all my personal information. The government has me as received a PPP loan on every reporting site. I got nothing. Blueacorn stole it. These stories are all the same. No PPP loan will come to anyone at this point. The money was stolen and Blueacorn can not and will not deposit a dime now. One min I am told the debit card is coming, next minute I am denied. These people are liars and thieves. I submitted everything and this was heartless of them to do to me and everyone else.

I applied and was approved may 4th it was given to the SBA on the 13th and they approved it the 14th. The 15th I got a text saying my loan docs had been sent for me to sign and return them asap but I didnt recieve them until the 17th and I signed and returned them and got a message the 18th saying I would be funded in 7 to 10 business days and my funds were safe and being issued and then june 6th i had to update my bank information and reverify my some of my info then the 7th it told me they were issuing my funds transfer with the federal government and in 7 to 10 days My funds would be in my account but they had made me get the dash card when i updated my info on the 6th so I thought that was odd as well. It is the 22nd of june now and They E- mailed me last night telling me if I didnt turn in more documents by my deadline wednesday at 12pm then I wouldnt be able to get my ppp. It says on the SBA website my funds were disbursed may the 13th 2021 so who has my funds if not blueacorn or prestimos bank? And it also states on blueacorns page that if I was SBA approved that my funds were already set aside and promised. What do I do here?

I was told by my cousin that this was a truck drivers stimulus a Lian for truck drivers as long as you use 60% of the Lian towards your business that it was 100% forgivable they sent me information to docsign I signed the documents but the documents are not in my docsign library there is no evidence that I signed anything the documents are on my email address but not in my docsign library
