We discussed a pet that I made an inquiry about seeing if they were still available and they said that it was available. After giving some information about myself to ensure the puppy will be going to a good home they asked if I was interested. I requested some extra information just to feel better about buying a pet online from a distance. I’ll give them some information about myself and my husband and our home. They then asked if I wanted to proceed with purchasing the puppy. I asked if I could purchase two of them and so we finally decided on the two and sign the sales agreement form with them. I then they requested that the money be wired via Zell. I sent half the money initially and then they sent over an owner ship title to me for the puppies. I sent the rest of the money. They have been very vague about when the puppies would come and would not give me any shipping information. They claimed on their website they ship the puppies under a plane in the pet cargo hold. However, when I inquired about it again they said that they do not do that because it is risky so they use a nanny service and animal transportation service. They would not give me any of the receipts for the shipment they had planned of the two puppies. I had my mom expressed interest in a puppy that we had fully purchased at that time. She received an email back saying that the puppy was indeed still available. I informed the people that I would like a refund before I go to the local authorities to report them for fraud. I requested my money back on Zell. They still maintained the vague responses about when the puppies would come and tried to stop responding to me. I asked him for the shipping information. They said they would use a United States pet career service which the website that I found was definitely a scam website. A lot of the links on the website had spam sites it would send you two that were pornographic. I requested to FaceTime with the puppies otherwise I would be reporting them if that could not be arranged. I also requested the full refund before I would report them. It has been at least six hours since and I have not heard a response. I reported the activity as fraud to my bank as well as to the Federal trade commission.
