I was attempting to purchase a puppy. I had visited several websites and had assumed this was a response from one. He showed me pics and a video of the pup and gave me a price. I paid through CashApp. Then he said that he dropped it off at the shippers. They called me, then sent an email asking for an additional $1550 for a special shipping crate. I did not send this.
