On May 10, 2020 I ordered a fire TV stick, but they never send me a tracking number. Also I email them, but not answer.

I ordered an Xbox controller from Blue Sianas. I received confirmation email and an email stating once my payment went through they would process my order. My credit card was charged within a day of that email. That was the last communication I received. It was right when COVID-19 lockdowns were starting so I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and figured they were short staffed. I then sent an email to check on the order with no response. A week later I tried doing filling out their contact submission form on their website and it gave me an error every time I clicked submit. I started calling and their voicemail was full. Still no response a month after my credit card was charged.

I had paid with my credit card through PayPal so I went into PayPal and submitted a fraud claim. The claim was denied as the seller sent PayPal tracking for my package. I was very confused as I tried in all ways to contact them and couldn't get through but PayPal sent them a message through the portal and they responded right away. Well, I never received a package. Then I found their supposed tracking number they gave PayPal and it wasn't addressed to me and it said it was 3 packages of 27lbs each. An xbox controller maybe weighs 1 pound if that. This company is very good at fraud. They went through all the steps that would protect them of keeping my money.

I had to call UPS to get official paperwork to send to PayPal in order for them to side with me and not the seller. Once I submitted PayPal reversed the charge but the seller again protested. Really upsetting with everything I had to go through for this.

They are a company that says they are based out of New Jersey. But when I submitted the fraud claim to ScamPulse.com they found that the address is not a business but a residential address and they routed the "company" to being in the UK.

Very frustrating overall but glad i was finally able to get my money back. I am submitting this in hopes that others wont have to go through what I did.

We placed an online order. There was no follow up, such as shipping info or estimated delivery from Blue Sianas. Paypal emailed a tracking number that the seller provided. In researching it, it was a tracking number of someone else's Nordstrom package. We were given the same time and day of delivery as that woman's package. The product never arrived. No one responded through email. The phone message didn't give the name of the business and no one returned calls.
