Person called about helping me optimising my new website. He knew contact information, website and business details, etc.... I realised when he said he'll put me onto his supervisor before making the transaction that it was a scam. but I already gave them the details. I called my credit card provider to mark as fraud since I wouldn't get a service from them. The next day I received an email with an invoice then 5 mins later an email stating the money was taken. I called my bank again to cancel cards and report this.
