In January 2016 we went to a timeshare presentation in Cabo San Lucas-Punta Arena was the name of the club. They sold us 200 weeks of membership which we could use after 6 months. Use of the weeks was unlimited. We have been requesting the use of the weeks that we purchased for since June 2016 of last year to no avail. We would like to be reimbursed for non performance. I have sent a certified letter to 500 Grant St Pittsburg, Pennsylvania 15219 but it was returned for insufficient address. Well this is a 55 story building so what is necessary is a suite number which I cannot locate. If anyone is at a minimum able to locate the suite number that would be appreciated.

Beware if you go to Travelocity you will see over 250 complaints.

While in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico I purchased a membership in a vacation club. The company, Odyssey Premier Elite was to provide 50 years of travel services valued at $10,000 per year. To pay for this service we were offered $25,000 for the timshare we own. A company called Blue Point holdings was responsible for the sale of our timeshare and for transferring the funds to Odyssey Premier Elite. We had to pay more than $10,000 up front that would be reimbursed once the timeshare was sold. Blue Point Holding had 180 days to sell our timeshare and reimburse the funds. We became suspicious after additional internet research. We contacted both BluePoint Holdings and Odyssey Premier Elite and asked to have our money refunded. Both companies were unresponsive to those requests even though they were not fulfilling their contracts to sell our timeshare, reimburse our money or provide travel services.

Bottom line is that BluePoint Holdings and Odyssey Premier Elite are part of a criminal enterprise to defraud people of their money. As part of the claim process that BofA conducted Odyssey sent back copies of the contract that we had supposedly signed. Not only were these not the contracts we signed they had different information including changing Odyssey’s name to “The Regency Collection”
