We have been searching for a Russian Blue kitten. I came across his website and emailed him. He was very quick to respond back, answered my questions and “agreed” to allow me to purchase a kitten. He send the agreement, sent information on how to pay and then gave me the information oh how kitten would be shipped. I should have gotten a red flag when he would not accept a credit card payment only wanted Zelle. I do not have. Zelle account and had to get my daughter involved to get that done. Payment was requested in 2 amounts, and paid by Zelle and PayPal. The kitten has not been shipped and no contact with the seller. Afterwards I researched this guy and he has had multiple websites for different breeds, but the same story!
