We are pleased to inform you that your package is presently "ON HOLD" at Denver International Airport for the following reason. Here at Blue Dart Express, all packages registered have to be insured especially discrete packages shipped with overnight priority mailing, Take note your sender registered your package as a discreet shipment with overnight priority mailing, hence according to our company policies, you are required to pay a refundable insurance fee of Two Hundred and Thirty-Eight Dollars and Ten Cents (?$238.10). Ninety percent (90%) of this entire fund shall be refunded to you upon arrival of your package of Two Hundred Fourteen Dollars and Twenty-Nine Cents ($214.29) and Ten percent (10%) shall be used for paperwork Twenty-Three Dollars and Eighty-One Cents ($23.81).
If your package gets lost damaged or compromised in any way whatsoever, you'll be reimbursed the above-mentioned amount and receive a total of 110% of your package worth. Meaning you'll receive a total of two refunds firstly 90% of the insurance amount, and 110% of your consignments worth.
This INSURANCE fee is a one-time event you won't be required to pay this each time you have a shipment with us hence the reason why you shall be handed a REFUNDABLE INSURANCE certificate to confirm shipments coming to your address are already duly insured and the reason why we shall be handing you back your full refund upon delivery.
