They call claiming they are the United Health Group Blue Cross Blue Shield, I press 2 to be put on 'Do Not Call List' and they call anyways, several times a day, every single day. I press one to speak to "an enrollment expert" and they answer and say "I understand you are interested in shopping for insurance today?" and I say "Please stop calling me I have Tricare Prime, I don't need insurance!" and before I can get that out they hang up on me. If I ask for a manager, they hang up on me. If I say anything other than "Yes" they hang up on me. DO NOT SAY "YES" on a recorded line if your not sure who your talking to. They can put your recorded voice with another prompt and use it to say you gave them verbal authorization to do whatever it is they want to do. Anyways, they are harassing me and will not stop until I block the number. I am on the national DO NOT CALL list and they still call this is how I know its not a regular telemarketer, because I don't recieve calls from them because I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.
