I used the BCBS on-line listed tole free phone number. The person that answered the phone sounded Chinese. They were supposed to help me access my account because it wasn't working correctly. When he couldn't find me with my name and address, he asked if I had a valid debt. or Credit card number he could check. I argued with him that it was not legal for him to ask this and he said it will be the only way I can help find you in the system. So I gave him my Debt. Card number, he then asked me to hold on and while I w[censored]ding, he tried to hit my account for $25.00 at first, that did not work because I do not leave money in my account. I transfer it when I need to have it. Then he came back saying that Card was not going to work, and he needed a credit card instead, so I knew it didn't feel right and I gave him the numbers from my state Benefit Card which I had already used down. He could not get 1 red cent, but he sure did try. I had a feeling all alo9ng but I played along just in case. I knew when I gave him both card numbers, he would never be able to get any money from them. He then came back and hung up when I refused to give him any other card numbers.
