Caller with thick, barely comprehensible, accent claimed to be Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and Tricare. Caller ID showed "Hialeah, Florida." The caller did have access to personal information that was old and dated. He was calling to "Confirm" medical records. Caller claimed to pass me to his "supervisor," waited a moment and then either another person who sounded almost exactly the same came on, or he just lowered his voice a bit and slowed his speech.
