Caller was very personable. Small chit-chat about Blue Cross Blue Shield. Then asked my age. When I responded, they hung up. Call was from 256-545-1294. Call back by me found phones disconnected.

Received call stating that they were a vendor for BCBS and could help with prescription medication, gave the girl Information about what illness we (my husband and I) had and the representative was to order based upon our illness. She spoke to my husband to verify his Identity, and we continued the call. She said that a local Dr. would be subscribing the medication and we would pick it up at the local pharmacy. When the medication were not delivered I became concerned and started to investigate, I found that they had been ordered but from a pharmacy in Houston. The pharmacy in Houston is 6 hours from my home I was not able too pick the medication up from there. Verified the charges on my FSA account which they were billed. Medication was billed to my express scripts account!

This person has numerous of fake small businesses and domains. Also has copyright and private policy outdated. Somehow made a false license to prescribe medication and family members are using medication. Labs and surgery's are more than likely false and I assume is getting money for services. I've been filling separate complaints. This person has been doing this for a 8 years.

My name is Jaqueline Alonso. I've suffered so much over this hacking. I want information on what to do next.

They called up claiming to be from Blue Cross Blue Shield to update my health info and hung up when I said yes.

I was asked if I had been to the doctor within the last couple of months, and what the name of my doctor was. I was asked for my doctors name, and if I was seen for back or arthritic pain. I responded no. There was a very heavy foreign accent so I had to keep saying several times "I'm sorry, I'm not understanding you". He apparently was trying to say "But wouldn't you agree that most people are seen for pain of some kind" because when I still couldn't understand him, his "manager" came on the line and said the same exact thing". I hung up.

Asked for "verification" of primary doctor for health insurance and was very rude and defensive when I told him no. Obviously not a BCBS employee

calling me 2 or 3 times a day saying she was a representative of blue cross blue shield and that she needed to update my medical records. I told her to send me something in the mail because I don't give personal information on the phone and she would just hang up.

Said they were from Blue Cross Blue Shield and then asked me if I lived in Alabama I said yes and they hung up called the number back and get a busy signal

Call indicated that it was from blue cross blue shield to get me insurance. I asked how they got my number and was told that I had filled out a form on the intranet. When I said I had not caller hung up on me
