Ben Otteson was a business owner in Walla Walla, WA. He ran Western Paladin Games. He shut down business without notice to his customers and therefore they had no chance to use their store credit. Mr. Otteson did not pay out remaining customer store credits before leaving town. He profited by services not rendered. This individual also has a pending lawsuit against him from a former employee for back wages when they worked at Western Paladin Games. Mr. Otteson is not allowed to hold a business license in the state of Washington. I believe he is running Blue Cat Games in Kelso, WA under someone else’s name.
