I bought $90 worth of products from there and they never came in and never replied to my emails or calls. This is a scam! Do not shop here!

I work for a locally owned company called ***. I had a customer call me today wondering why he didn't get his order that he placed last week on Jan. 25th. After getting his information and doing some research myself, I was able to find another website called Blu Boutique.

Their website address is bluboutique.co/

I called the customer back to let him know that I was able to track his order with the information that he had given me. I gave him the website and explained the difference between our two stores. I told him he could track his package there and to contact them on that website if he had questions about his order.

The customer called me back about 20 minutes after that to tell me that their website gives him OUR phone number. And that he was Scammed. He said the money was take from his card, approved and when he tried to contact someone about it, it lead him to our phone number. He also added that after this he had read some reviews about this site and ALL of them state that it is in fact a scam.

Made 4 purchases on www.bluboutique.co website for my girlfriend. Was provided order #'s for all 4 transactions with confirmations. When my purchases didn't show up I emailed asking for status updates and did not get any responses. When I dug deeper their website takes you to Shopify with www.bluboutique.com which is a legit website.

Blu Boutique.com responded to me with this message:

Hi:

We believe that you have mistaken our website with someone else. You are probably the 40th person who reached out to us for this matter. Our company name is Blu Boutique as well but our URL is www.shopbluboutique.com. However, the site your son bought your items from was www.bluboutique.co

That site offers items for free just to lure consumers in to make the purchase. Then they scam everyone on shipping. You should alert your bank about this fraudulent activity and try to get the money refunded back to your account.

I have since opened an investigation with my bank who has refunded me my lost money however I wanted to go further and get this site shut down!
