Our mail was stolen that included a monthly banking statement with images of canceled checks. On 8/16/2018 two + months after theft an ACH bank transaction in the amount of $1,344 was taken out of our checking account. Go to ScamPulse.com feedback on BLT Homes to see details. BLT Homes does not exist in Indianapolis. Websites & phone calls lead to TurnKey Homes. TurnKey no longer exists on Hillsdale Ave., Indianapolis. All calls route to Georgia to TurnKey. Two online representatives gave false information regarding both companies. TurnKey is associated with RENTLY an online source that takes a drivers license, debit or credit card. RENTLY charges $0.99 to allow a 30 day search of home rentals. This allows one to see 3 houses per day & up to 28 houses during the 30 day period. The homes are a “self” tour. The drivers license, debit or credit card are to vet your credit worthiness. If one chooses to rent a home then the business flips to TurnKey. The TurnKey company will take bank & routing numbers for rental payment as well as checks, credit or debit cards.
