He gives us a price, has an agreement that lists work to be done, gets it signed, takes a check for deposit, sets up a start date, and then disappears. Phone calls are no returned, no physical address to send registered mail to. He started a job for my neighbor, did not complete, does not return phone calls.

The agreement he gave us said power wash, but he showed up without notice ( days after he said he would) and just used a plain hose. He then said he would be back to start prep, and we never heard from him again.
