I placed my order on March 22, 2023 based off an ad on TikTok. I ordered these for a photo-shoot that was taking place on April 22nd and the shipping time on their website states 1 to 3 business days for processing the order and then 6 to 12 business days for delivery. There have now been 27 business days between the date I ordered and today's date. They have not responded to any of my numerous emails sent to their "friendly team of girlies" (as stated on their website). I had to go to another company to get the items needed for the photoshoot and would just like my money refunded; which is what I stated in my last email to them. I have not been able to find a valid phone number for them and they do not respond to emails thus far.
