I paid for the flowers through my bank account. The person assured me that they would be delivered by Noon on the 14th. They never showed up. My wife never got a phone call on her cell phone either. She works for the NY State dept. of financial services located at 99 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY (25 years) The building is staffed with guards and closed circuit video monitoring. Blossom lied and said the flowers were delivered. My wife went down and asked the guards who were on duty on the 14th. They stated that no one had delivered flowers. They even reviewed security camera video for that day. No one showed up with the flowers. I called Blossom and spoke to a person named "Ricky" said that he would look into it. They keep saying that the review is underway. They assured me that it would only take about two business days to resolve. It has now been ten days and they are still stringing me along. Please intervene on my behalf.
