The business requested a deposit which I provided but could not or would not visually prove they had the puppy I purchased. I asked them to refund my deposit which they refused to do unless I signed a contract. They sad I will never receive a refund unless I signed the contract. The contract would have enabled them to decide if a refund was appropriate. I paid them $1000.
