I ordered flowers online from https://www.blossomflowerdelivery.com/ which said they were able to deliver to the town I needed. I put in for the flowers to be delivered on Friday, 5/12/2023- they were never delivered. That following Monday I put an online ticket in, from their customer service page stating it was never delivered- I did get an email response on 5/15/23 stating they are "sorry but were unable to complete the delivery in a timely manner. The demand of flowers truly exceeded our expectations, leaving our stock empty and we also experienced a delay of delivery. Our drivers will try to deliver all orders today by 8pm today but we wanted to notify you ahead of time in case there will be a delay and we will schedule a deliver tomorrow." The flowers were not delivered on 5/15- so I wrote back on 5/16 asking if they had an estimated delivery time. I did get a respond saying they could not give me an estimated time but that the driver goes out to deliver from 10am to 6pm. Again, never delivered- I used their tracking App on 5/18 and that stated the flowers were delivered on 5/18/23. I called the person I was delivering flowers to, and they said they did not receive them. I wrote back on the same email thread stating this. I got a response with their hours of business of 6am-6pm and that someone would respond within that time frame- no one did. Friday 5/19/23 I called the customer service number 877-414-7903 and spoke to someone over the phone- I stated the whole issue that my delivery was supposed to be delivered a week ago- he just said he cannot cancel the order. I stated I don't want to cancel it, the order was never delivered- I want a refund. I paid for a product that I never received. He took my information and stated he would look into it and email me. I didn't hear anything back- Sunday 5/21/23 I received what looks like an automatic email saying, " we are still working on your ticket; we just need a little bit more time." I have googled a bunch at this point and have found some reviews explaining the same issue that I am having.

I am not sure what to do at this point. I don't think I will be refunded after reading some of the reviews.
