Absolute SCAM. Do NOT Buy from them!!

This site may look relatively sophisticated but it an absolute sham. They have stolen pictures from other websites. When purchasing, it appeared to be in the right currency then converted to US dollars on checkout costing double the price than expected. They sent items that were nothing like what I ordered, cheap and crappy items that didn't fit. Literally wrong dresses, wrong colour, wrong size in terrible cheap poor quality fabric with defective stitching. Just horrible and so disappointing when I bought them for my baby shower. I spent $250 and received $25 worth of incredibly cheap clothing. They are preying on pregnant expecting mothers, it's disgusting. They have no function in their website to apply for returns only an email address. After going back and forth for weeks with over a dozen emails and no actual help to fix the problem, the best they would do is a 10% refund and no option to return the clothes as other people have described in their reviews. Fortunately i took photos of everything and copied the emails which i sent to paypal in a dispute and Paypal have fully refunded me. I strongly recommend anyone who has had this experience to lodge a Paypal dispute. If enough people dispute, eventually their account will be closed down.

I ordered 2 dresses from this site after 27 days I got my orders take note its says on their shipping it will take 7-15 days. Anyways I got my orders when I opened my package I was very dissapointed because it looks like rugs its not the same on pictures I emailed them that i got a wrong orders and Im willing to ship back and they offered me $6 or $9 usd and I no I asked them to refund my money til they didn’t reply. Good luck to you business Blossmom you guys are SCAMMERS! Keep our money we hope you guys are happy!

I originally ordered 2 dresses and a tank top from this site. I received the wrong products altogether. They did not look like the pictures of what I ordered. I requested to return the items as per their policy. They told me to keep the items and offered me a very low refund. I refused and told them I would like to return the products. They told me that it would cost too much money to return the products and offered me a higher amount of money, not close to what I paid. I was then told I had to pay for shipping back to the warehouse. I agreed to pay the shipping after a couple more emails back and forth and then they told me they could not accept my items back due to their warehouse being closed. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now. This company is a fraud.

I purchased 6 items from Blossmom.com. 4 of the six were wrong and poor quality, two were poor quality. They will not give me a return address to return for a refund. First contact offered me $10 refund and told me hopefully I could use them, emailed them back asking for full refund, 2nd contact from them offered me $12 refund and said maybe I could give them as gifts, emailed again asking for full refund, 3rd contact from them offered $15 refund, then the 4th offered an $18 refund and the last email them said sorry you are not happy will $25 in a refund make you happy. I've have emailed them back again asking for a full refund, still waiting on a reply.
