I am a owner of a flower shop, or was until i went out of business. Back in June,the 23rd I believe. I was contacted by a woman named Susan from bloom net. She told me that she has a overwhelming amount of flower orders in my City and she needed help fulfilling the orders. She said its really simple, all you have to do is let us install a program in your PC and we can start sending you orders immediately. She said there was fee to start, and I could cancel any time. I didn't even have to do the orders if I couldn't. All I needed to do was reject them. So I did. I was enrolled for a week before I actually accepted a order. It was for July 13th, a funeral spray. I completed, and exceeded the order and delivered everything right on time, During this time frame, I did some investigating on this company, and found that they don't pay out when its time. I decided to cancel my membership. I called and requested them to terminate my service on 7/15, 7/20, 7/24, 7/25, 7/26, and 7/27. Every time I was told that i could only terminate my service with my sells rep. Who never returned my call. I asked multiple time to speak to a manager, and always got the run around. Some time in the begining of August I received a call from Susan and was told not to worry, my account was now deactivated. She said I would get paid for the delivery I did on August - 25. I still haven't got payment, now when I call they say I owe them money for rejecting the orders. That was not apart of the agreement. They are ripping off small businesses that are struggling. They got paid for my work! I think its all bogus, they give different names but its the same woman answering the phone. Some times her name is Susan, and sometimes is Melissa. Put a stop to these thiefs!
