Website claims to sell many items at a considerable discount. I purchased a bluetooth speaker and within a few days received a tracking number. I waited for the delivery and when the shipping company showed the package delivered, it was not delivered to me. I called the shipping company and gave them the tracking information. They said the package address and name on the package were not mine. The business email that was used to contact me with the shipping information was no longer valid. The phone number provided by the credit card company goes to an individuals voice mail, not a businesses, and the messagestates email messages are never listened to and to email him but no email address is given. I filed a credit card fraud claim and visited several government fraud sites and reported the website.
