While that may sound like a good idea in and of itself, it reeks of suspicion, especially because the "job" is supposed to be with a legitimate tech/financial firm as opposed to say, some dude out of his garage.
If it sounds like a good way to launder money, you're correct! Many businesses registered at this address have been or are being prosecuted for money laundering, which is something you can see by searching the address. Of course, the companies website says that's a 'no, no," but reading through the lines suggests they'll turn a blind eye.
This is not a legitimate business opportunity and you'll likely be the victim of a scam with this company OR a patsy illegally laundering money for the company. This is a pretty hefty crime. Ignore any and all messages from this company. Don't even respond.

Type of a scam Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter Scam
A company a day later emailed me, saying they have liked my indeed resume and that they would be interested in working with me, and gave me a their website to apply and i did. They got back with me the next day and asked me to fill out my information in my own account website, and had me sign a paper that agreed me to the terms of the hire, like the Pay, vacation and job title. Than they trained me and had send me task and read their projects. It’s seems very real, but when I got an investor, this company asked me to have investments send to my account since the investor had international restrictions in his business card. That’s when I found it Sketchy and when I said no they didn’t take no more an answer, so I left it like that and haven’t replied. I had my bank account card changed, and will most likely change my number as well.
