I ordered bllk pods (Bluetooth era buds). I received a message confirming my order, and my banking activity shows I was charged for the purchase. This was nearly 3 weeks ago, and I have yet to hear anything regarding my order. I have emailed the company many times, to no avail. There’s no customer service phone number. There’s no listed address. There’s only a messaging system on their site as a means to contact them. I’ll reiterate, they have not replied to my many inquiries. They order tracker on their site shows no record of my purchase or order number. I’ve been scammed. Please beware!
