On February 17, 2023, I had unauthorized charges made by Blistent. XYZ of $39.95 and $1.95 to my KeyBank credit card. I never signed up for their services. On February 18, 2023, I tried to contact the Organization through their Website. I called their customer service phone number 833-663-0570. I got a recording saying that they were closed for weekend. Call back Monday. I tried their chat room and got no where. I finally e-mailed complaint to support.blistent.xyz. Never received any response. They advertised 24/7 support on website.

The instructions on website stated that to get a refund, you must create an account and unsubscribe. I had to unsubscribe for a service I never subscribed to. I immediately call KeyBank Customer Support and locked my credit card account. KeyBank will investigate the fraud.

I am notifying you of this fraud. Blistent.XYZ is supposed to be a legitimate Organization. The address and owner information are redacted. Both Bing and Google stress caution and fraud when visiting website. This Organization should be closed down and loose their SSL certificate.
