Kelly and Mark LIve Bargain offers Order through Blissy website. No acknowledgement of purchase for days. Lies about delivery . Charged my card upon Clicking of order being placed on 12/4 still no product or credit.. I do not want the product. I want my money refunded ... They are crooks. cover up with DHL trucking to pretend they have shipped...

Dec 2 with online AD from Blissy ordered 2 silk pillow cases for Christmas gifts. My credit card was charged dec 2 . As of December 12 had not received. Phone referred to online contact which gave no info except “message” received or they are backed up. Couldn’t get a person or more clear info. Reported to Visa cc who was to contact Blissy. Then dec 15 recd email from blissy that product WOULD ship in 3 days! Did Not say it had shipped! So impossible for me to receive and send to family as Christmas gifts! There own site warns if I order not placed by dec 15 , no guarantee delivery by dec 24. Had to open a dispute investigation with Visa. They charge cc with order but can’t provide the product. They were still advertising yet no product. If

They didn’t have enough staff or product, they Should Not charge credit card!! Using customer’s funds . It’s a scam with time value of money.
