The scammer is selling a product that is supposed to remove sin tags. They sell it for a lot of money by making you buy 2 bottles of it. It doesn't work, so when you ask for your money back, they give you less than half of it for the one bottle that wasn't opened. They sell 2 bottles for $129.99 but only refund you $60.00 for the one bottle that wasn't opened. At first, they offered only $40.00 back.
