This guy says his name is Robert Kugel and lists his Tax ID on his email signature. He is advertising on Craigslist and has a website that looks legit. When I caught him on the wrong address of the property he said was available he did not respond about it and when I called, left voice message and texted him to please confirm he is legitimate I have not heard back at all. He asks for the whole rental amount up front in 'cash.' Only accepts Google Wallet or Walmart (?) or e-transfer.
