Bliss Skin ad on Facebook website. Ad offered skin tag, moles & warts remover serum. I spoke with a representative. Ordered one of their “promotions” for the product on January 14, 2023 - order # ********). The ad CLEARLY advertised the special (buy 3 get 2 free for $199.88 AND said GUARANTEED 60 DAY RETURN - No questions asked.

I placed the order for the skin tag removal serum - PERIOD! Did NOT agree to ANY OTHER purchase (facial cream) NOR DID I agree to a “subscription” ( monthly fixed delivery). In fact, THAT TOPIC WAS NEVER EVEN MENTIONED BY THE REP and CERTAINLY NOT ME!!

Received by serum and the face cream I NEVER ORDERED, but was CHARGED FOR IT ($ 59.99).

The serum DOES NOT WORK! Tried it for 6 weeks. Called the Bliss Skin company (Albuquerque, New Mexico.). Was told the return period of return had passed - that was a LIE! It is 60 days which can be found on several websites!! Re: ********************************************************************************... my bank called me about unauthorized charge from Bliss for $ 199.88 for ANOTHER SHIPMENT! I told the bank NO and they cancelled my card, so no additional payment & shipment. I NEVER AGREED TO THIS and it was NEVER DISCUSSED WITH ME - NEVER!

I believe the company’s sales practices are fraudulent and they should be investigated, fined and or have their business license yanked.

Please contact me if you have questions, but I’m certain this Bliss Skin company is committing FRAUD and owes many people REFUNDS! This is SO WRONG & FRUSTRATING to honest people!, I hope you can help.

My sincere regards, ***** ** ******* ************ “The world is turning upside down!”

I ordered the product after seeing an advertised promotion. The promotion said that I would receive one bottle and get 1 free. When I verified my order, I noticed that I was charged for 2 bottles. I immediately contacted their customer service. Although they agreed to refund me for the cost of one bottle, which was $64.00 dollars, they tried to say that I misunderstood their promotion and the intention was to charge $64 per bottle, which they tried to say was at a reduced cost. However, the promotion clearly showed a picture where there were 2 bottles for $64 with 1 of the bottles shown within a circle with a line drawn through it, depicting no charge. When I received my order I started using the product exactly as described. However, there were no results, and the product specifically promotes a fast action formula with results that should be seen after 8 hours. I continued to use the product for the next few days in order to give it sufficient time and to account for any variables. There was absolutely no change. I also noticed that the primary ingredients are water and glycerin, being completely inactive. In my opinion, it seems as though the formula will not provide the results described, and the product appears to be a fraud. I reached out again to their customer service and spoke with someone named El Myers, Account Manager. I described my concerns and stated that I was unhappy with results and requested a full refund of the product. She told me that I was not entitled to a refund of the opened bottle, and if I returned the other bottle, I would not receive a refund for it either, since they say that I already received 50% discount when they refunded for their misstated promotion. She also told me that their website says only unopened bottles can be refunded. I disputed this with her and immediately went to their full website where I found no indication of this requirement. The only requirement I saw was that the product must be returned within 30 days of delivery, which I met. In my opinion, the unopened bottle represents the free bottle from the promo and the opened bottle represents the bottle that I paid for, so I should be entitled to a refund of that purchase. The representative refused to listen to my request and completely denied my request and stated that she could not refer me to anyone else in management. She also said that she would send me an email showing where in their terms and conditions that it requires merchandise to be unopened in order for it to be eligible for a refund. I have yet to receive that email and feel that this product and company are complete scams. Note that the company also appears to operate under the name of KP Commerce, LLC.

pop up on computer about skin tag removal products. supposedly endorsed by Think Tank so thought it legit. clicked on and had special of $39.00 for 3 bottles. clicked on special, put credit card info in BUT when I hit complete, credit card rejected. thought I put in wrong, so redid. rejected again. 888 number popped up to call and invoice stating my balance was $259.00. backed out of order and called my credit card. stated it was questioning my purchase and looked like a SCAM. said since I backed out of order should be no problem. next day received email that order had been processed. called credit card, cancelled card and filed fraud charges. emailed company to cancel order and stated I would refuse any product that might come. per email from company, "Please be advised that as per terms, any packages marked "Refused, Cancel or Return to sender without an RMA number will be tagged as an invalid return, therefore, we cannot process any type of refund".... Since I cancelled the credit card and they never received money for this product, I thought all was taken care of. two weeks later I received product but never received any tracking info regarding it was coming. emailed company for RMA number and returned package. WHEN I went to post office, was told by clerk that I had every right to REFUSE package and this was just a SCAM email by company so that they wouldn't have to pay for return postage. SINCE I cancelled order the next day and also my credit card, this company had plenty of time to cancel this order. I had also called the 888 number two days after receiving the email that my order had shipped but per tracking of the one and only email I received about this, it had not shipped. As a senior citizen, I believe they advertise one product and charge an entirely different amount thinking they can get away with it. I am only out $14 but since the USPS said I could have refused any delivery that I did not order, they SCAMMED me twice by telling me I couldn't

I ordered a special of buy one get one free of their skin tag product. The price was $39.99. It came containing five bottles and a cream. Since it did not have an invoice with an amount, I just stuck the box away thru Christmas. Got my credit card bill for $259.87. Shocked. Reported to my credit card company. While I was talking to her, she said that there was another charge for $199.88 for the month of January. I called the company and they refused to take my return and take me off their charge list. Now I have to wait for my credit card company to go through the process for a grievance. This company is a sham.

The scam was the same type as described to the scam ID number ****** . previously reported this to bbb but between my dispute with my credit company the finally returned all of the money as previously returned some and then added another unauthorized charge I sent the business an email and told them that I had the I.D. number of the scam as well that of associated businesses throughout the U.S. and the following day the returned the money into my credit card account. I reported this to the FTC in a report but the violation was not so much about money but the violation of my trust and I hope that this network of scams can be stopped and charged with fraud and theft.

I agree with the original poster that the advertising price was if you purchased 3 bottles of the tag remover, which I agreed to. But soon after my order I received an order confirmation for both the tag remover and a separate order for moisturizer (which I did not order) I emailed immediately stating the error and that they needed to cancel that order. Here is the response I received.

"During the order process, you have to decline the offer for 2 bottles of Bliss Skin Moisturizer if you don't wish to receive it. The decline button is right under the place my order button so it is very easy to opt out. The order process is very transparent. We actually hardly get anybody who misses the button. Unfortunately, your order has already shipped and we are not able to stop it.

However, to help you out we can offer $30 back into your account and you may keep them. Please let us know if you accept the offer.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please reply to this email or call us at the toll-free number below.

I've sent a dispute to my cc company and hoping they can help.

I'll take the hit on the 3 bottles of tag remover and chalk it up to stupidity.

I attempted to buy a product from their website. I was charged for a much larger sum than the website said, and then an additional charge for a cream. I did not order. I noticed the charges withdrawn from my bank account almost immediately and called to cancel my order. I was told multiple times I could not cancel my order, until I complained long enough and they said they would do it. I was given a reference number for a refund and told it would. Occur in the next 7 to 10 business days. They offered me a discount and the option to keep the product over and over, but I had to fight for them to agree to a refund. Still not sure if I will get that or not. I thought my original charge would be about $40 and I was charged 260 for items I did not agree to.
