My order is still not delivered. Cannot contact them, cannot email them . So I guess scammer wins again. Their judgment day will come and they will pay.

This order was place in November 2022 and I can not reach these company, cannot email this company and have still not received any of my merchandise. Guess scammers win. Some day there judgement day will come.

I ordered and sent visa for two orders. 2 dolls then 1 more. I have sent 20 or more . Heard every excuse over 4 months. Now they say they tracked and sent to wrong address and will encourage post office to forward. After 4 months. Ordered in November. Lies lies lies. I think they just wanted my Visa card information. Coming from China. Scammers. Don’t buy anything from Bliogo. I’m a senior. Disabled and out a lot more than I can afford. Suppose to be Christmas presents for Grandchildren. Why do people do this to each other. So sad and disheartening.

I ordered a Paddington Bear for Christmas. Have yet to receive it. Get numerous messages that it has shipped. I inquired to their customer service by email and get a standard answer, that they will get back to me, they never do. I guess that's my hard earned money going out the window. Total scam and I am one who will report this to the BBB. I wished the government had better control over these people, if they any at all.

Placed two separate orders on the same day, totaling $98.00. Waited a month to receive them, thought I would allow extra time since it w[censored]iday season. Reached out to customer service and they told me it had been delivered. I have receive nothing, and I informed them of this. I started receiving automatic emails replies to my inquiries regarding the shipments, (ie. we will check with the shipping company, are you sure someone else didn’t pick up the order, can you check with your neighbors maybe they have your orders,etc. Then they went on to say they needed to close down for 2 weeks due to a resurgence of the coronavirus in China, which was plausible at the time.) Still sending emails to their customer service team and receiving standard automatic responses. I have repeatedly told them I want a refund for both orders as I have no use for the items ordered any longer.

This has been going on for 3 1/2 months and I fear I am just going to have to chalk this up to a lesson learned the hard way.

Multiple clothing items for women were offered at greatly reduced prices, should have done additional background searches. My research did show them as a legitimate source, whoever created this site was quite talented.

This is a fraud company. MariaI bought 2 dolls in Dec/15, paid extra to speed up delivery and so far I haven't received anything. They do not respond in any way and give different dates and numbers. This company is a fraud.

I ordered a doll for Christmas, so at the beginning of December. I still haven't recieved it but they have their money. They refuse to make this right. It says it was delivered but i have no idea where. I feel like they are calling me a liar. I just want my money back! Help! Teresa

I ordered two dolls and a seaglass decor item. I received a confirmation that my items had been shipped, but upon checking the tracking number I found out that it is not a valid tracking number.

I ordered a doll for Christmas and was charged $21.98 on 12/08/22. I have never received this Waldorf doll but have been charged for it. I can’t seem to find out anything except that they are on the internet under this name selling other products also. How do I get credited for this?

I ordered two Waldorf dolls from bliogo for my grand daughter for Christmas. I never received my purchase. I tried to get in touch with them through email. There were times where it said that the email address did not exist. I finally got the email to go through to the email address that did not exist before. All I get is the same response every time. I have asked for a refund, to no avail. I am very upset about the whole thing. This is the worst online business. I looked up a phone number to call and everything was in a foreign language. I couldn’t read it. This business has scam written all over it. The only thing I got was ripped off.

I ordered 2 Waldorf dolls for my grand daughter for Christmas. I never received them. They said they had been delivered and that someone signed for them. I never received my purchase. I tried to get in touch with bliogo only to receive the same email every single time about consulting with someone about the situation. I asked for a refund. Got the same exact email saying the same exact thing. I basically got ripped off and my grand daughter never got her gift. I had to rush to replace what I never received. This only thing this business is good at is scamming people and ripping them off.

Bliogo advertised inexpensive clothing on a Facebook ad. I ordered about $100 worth of products from them and never received anything. I emailed them after a couple of months and they said they would reship my order but I never received it. I emailed them again and my email was returned as unreachable.

Ordered 3 dolls never got them .They charged my card. So angry.

II ordered 2 dolls back in December 3,2022 . you confirmed my order #00016268, excepted payment and never sent the dolls to me. I tracked your supposed shipment to the USA. that is all I got. How well you refund me my money? I believe that this a scam and never be allowed to advertise any of there products.

I ordered from this company back in November still have not received anything. Even tho the tracking say I did. They lied. Have emailed them. No results. Scam, do not order from this supposed to be company.

I ordered 5 night gowns and the Tracking says they were
Delivered. They were not. I'm home bound so if they were deliverded. I would have recieved theml SCAM
