Website proposes to be a breeder "adopting" aussie puppies. Unable to talk via phone; only by text and email. Demanded full payment for puppy upfront. Would not allow the puppy to be picked up. When the phone number they used was input in search engine it came up as a scam. Also linked to a closed facebook page "Roosevelt aussies" that was reported as a scam.
