Nicole Pettit runs a dog breeding business in Spokane Wa. She asked for a $500 deposit through Paypal to purchase a doodle puppy, which I paid. She agreed to bring me my puppy but days went by and no puppy. Nicole continued to delay in giving me my puppy. She made excuses as to why she could not meet me or why I could not come pick the puppy up from her. I finally asked for my deposit back since she wasn't giving me the puppy I paid for. She sent me multiple text messages but finally agreed to refund my deposit. That was on November 22nd. It is now January 11 and she will not give me my refund back so she has stolen the $500 and never gave me a puppy.
