Type of a scam Rental
We emailed back and forth filled out an application for the home. Was accepted to rent it. The man by the name of Marcus ******* said his wife has cancer and was going to sell or rent out using a realtor but didn’t agree with the realtor and both him and his wife was going to rent it out personally, he had moved to be with her because she was in the hospital. Talked about being a christian man and god abiding man. To pray for his wife and so on.
I had to wait till payday to send him 750.00 deposit and when I did thru zelle and he gets the confirmation that the money was sent then he would FedEx me the keys and documents for the home.
When I started questioning him about this he gotten upset. I asked for him to FaceTime me, I just wanted to see his face. He gotten very upset told to look somewhere else. At this moment I’m still looking into him. I want him stopped, he hurt me emotionally cause I wanted this so much. Thank goodness I didn’t send him any money.
